Ashley was born two months earlier, weighing in at 2 pounds 8 ounces. In ICU she stayed for an entire month. Parents were informed that she would need heart surgery on Christmas Day. Christmas Day brought answers to her prayers after doctors informed her parents she had a closed-up heart. Ashley did not require any surgery. After spending two months in hospital, she was discharged with 4 1/2 pounds. Since then, she has been in good health since! Her father is German-English. Her mother's family comes origins from Ireland. Her acting debut was as Barbie Doll in the commercial for Salon Surprise in 2002. Ashley was first approached by the Ford Modeling Agency when she was eight years old. Her work was steady in the printing industry and remains with the Agency. Ashley wanted to become an actor from the age of just 10. Ashley went on to do 35 commercials, and then onto stage roles. Ashley had found her passion. Ashley focused her entire attention to acting. This left no time to model and dancing. Ashley's most recent appearance is "Hanna Marin" in ABC's Pretty Little Liars (2010). Ashley played a brief cameo role in Romeo Miller's (aka Lil Romeo's) music video "True Love" that was performed by Solange and Romeo Miller. Britney Spears posed for her during an Vogue Magazine shoot. She's part of NLT "That Girl" as well as the music video.
